Terms and Conditions for Spider-Man Performer Bookings

  1. Availability

    • We strive to keep our availability for Spider-Man performers up to date on our website. However, due to the high demand and multiple performers in our team, availability shown online may not always reflect real-time bookings.

    • If you are outside the Bristol area, your booking made through the website will be subject to additional checks and approval.

  2. Booking Confirmation

    • All bookings are provisional until confirmed by us. After placing a booking, you must contact us directly via WhatsApp, text, or phone to verify the performer’s availability.

    • Confirmation will be provided via your preferred communication method once all details have been finalized.

  3. Non-Bristol Bookings

    • For customers located outside Bristol, website bookings will require additional checks to ensure performer availability. These bookings may take longer to process.

    • We reserve the right to adjust or cancel bookings that cannot be accommodated due to location or scheduling constraints.

  5. Changes and Cancellations

    • If a performer becomes unavailable after booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternative solutions or a full refund if required.

    • Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.

    • Our performers are professional and adhere to strict standards of conduct to ensure a fun and safe experience.
